I haven't received my orderIf you ordered a package that is marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps
- Check that you gave us the correct address
- Check with your neighbours to see if the package was left with them
- Contact your post office to see if it has been left at a pick up point
- Contact Stella + Flo and include your order number in your message
Refund and exchange policy
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from Stella + Flo. If you are not fully satisfied and you would like an exchange or refund, the order must be
Unused, unopened and in original packaging
The order must be returned within 14 days of receipt

An exchange or refund will be processed when we receive your return. Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information or request a free certificate of postage to ensure proof of postage in the unlikely event that we do not receive your return parcel. Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. You will be refunded by the channel through which you paid. If you paid on your card, you will be refunded onto that card. If you paid through Paypal, the refund will be issued through Paypal. The cost of shipping the item back to us are non-refundable, in line with our sustainability policies. Please note that refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please contact us. Please note, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on personalised prints. This does not affect your statutory rights.
